Intensive Field Scouting
Ag Grow Consulting is focused on providing our customers with high quality agronomy services that include an intensive field scouting program. During the growing season, Ag Grow Consulting will visit every field once per week, unless conditions justify more frequent attention, at the discretion of Ag Grow Consulting. This covers Pre-seed burn off, Post-emergent Herbicide, Insecticides, Fungicides, Desiccation, and Pre and Post-harvest timings. Following crop visits, Ag Grow Consulting will make personal contact with the grower to discuss recommendations, crop health and new concerns or opportunities surrounding their fields. Our goal is to help producers make informed crop production decisions in a timely and productive manner.
Farm Record Keeping Management
Every time your field is visited, Ag Grow Consulting will provide you with a Field Scouting Report and a general Farm Visit Report identifying the direction the grower should take for their crop's production. Ag Grow Consulting uses record-keeping software to organize and manage data entry to build essential field reports. Ag Grow Consulting will contact the grower, give a copy of these reports and discuss recommendations at the end of each weekly visit. At the end of each crop year, Ag Grow Consulting will provide a year-end comprehensive review, highlighting important changes, events and milestones that took place throughout the year. This will help in looking forward to planning for next year's crop.
Management Assistance
Throughout the year, Ag Grow Consulting will provide consultations on any crop production concerns you may have. This may include herbicide rotation management, crop rotation, varietal selection and/or whole-farm long term approach to pest management. Ag Grow Consulting will assist whole-farm customers to maximize manufacturer's programming opportunities. On acres Ag Grow Consulting is engaged to service, complaint management will also be addressed if needed.
